The Granary of Derry opened in 1986 and remains under the same ownership today. The Granary is dedicated to providing a quiet atmosphere for apartment tenants. We have had the same experienced management and maintenance staff since 1990. The Granary is ideally located close to Interstate 93. See directions below.

Directions
We are located in Downtown Derry, New Hampshire. Take Exit 4 off I-93. Travel 1 mile east on Route 102 to downtown Derry. Turn left onto Manning Street. (The Municipal Courthouse is nearby and the new City Hall is next door.) The Granary building is on the right. The apartments are at the rear of the building on the second and third floors.
